A busy dining room

Fewer walkouts at the door

Post the wait once and it shows on the TV by your door. Walk-ins, phone calls and patrons on the way go on one list, and each party is notified when the table is ready. People who can see the wait stay instead of leaving.

Drinks on a table

Tables turn faster each night

Servers send orders from the table and the kitchen sees them at once. Patrons tap for a refill or the check instead of flagging someone down. Fewer trips, checks that close sooner, more seatings in the same hours.

Slow nights fill back up

Post a special once from any phone. It shows on your door TV, your RightPlace page and the weekly email, and reaches regulars nearby who like your place. Afterward you see which specials filled seats.

Baristas greeting a regular

Regulars come back more often

Points for visits and perks you pick, confirmed by your staff with one tap. Your host sees who is a regular and what they usually order before they sit down. Nothing costs you until a perk is used.

An order counter

Fewer monthly tools to pay for

Waitlist, digital signage, kitchen screen, trivia night and nightly numbers in one membership, on the phones, tablets and TVs you already own. No hardware required.

See every tool

Try any tool in one tap.

No sign-up and nothing to install. Each button opens that tool at the step where it happens, in a demo spot where everything is made up.

Every tool is optional. Try any of them in the demo.

All included with a RightPlace membership. Start with one and add more when you want.

A tablet on a counter

RightPlace Line

Do patrons walk out before you can seat them? Does your host spend the rush shouting names?

What it is. One list on a phone or tablet for walk-ins, phone calls and patrons on the way, with party size and how long they have waited. Tap Table ready and the patron is notified.

How it helps. Fewer walkouts at the door, a calmer host, every party seated in order. Works with no patron on the app.

Patio tables

RightPlace Tables

Do servers get flagged down for refills and the check while the rest of the section waits?

What it is. A code on each table. Patrons tap a refill, water, a to-go box or the check, and it goes to their server and the host stand.

How it helps. Fewer wasted trips, checks that close sooner, tables that turn faster in the same hours.

Steak frites on a table

RightPlace Tableside

Do your servers walk back to a terminal to ring in every order, and does the kitchen hear about it late?

What it is. Servers ring in at the table on a phone. Each order goes to the kitchen screen at once and, on Clover, onto the table's open check. More registers coming.

How it helps. Orders reach the kitchen minutes sooner. Nothing is typed twice.

Cooks working the line

RightPlace Kitchen

Do tickets pile up on a spindle while the cooks guess which is oldest, and does an allergy ever get missed?

What it is. Every ticket on a tablet by the line, oldest first, with the table, who sent it and allergies in red. A backup printer if you want one.

How it helps. Fewer remakes and fewer missed allergies. The pass paces itself on a Friday night.

Cocktails on a bar

RightPlace Deals

Do you post a special on three different apps, then wonder if anyone saw it?

What it is. Post a special once from any phone. It shows on your door TV, your RightPlace page and reaches regulars nearby who like your place, until it ends.

How it helps. A slow Tuesday gets a reason to come in, and afterward you see which specials filled seats.

A bar at night

RightPlace Regulars

Do you know who your regulars are, or do they just look familiar?

What it is. Points for visits, perks you pick (a free appetizer, money off, moving up the line), ranks for the people who come back. Staff confirm each perk with a tap.

How it helps. The people who already come back get thanked, and come back more. Nothing costs you until a perk is used.

A dining room at dusk

RightPlace Numbers

After a busy night, can you tell what worked, or do you guess?

What it is. One night report from your own taps and your register's export: who was seated, how the posted wait ran, which specials filled seats, how fast the kitchen ran. Every number names its source.

How it helps. Next week's special, staffing and hours decided with numbers, not a guess.

A menu board

RightPlace Door TV

Do patrons ask how long the wait is, while the TV above the bar shows nothing useful?

What it is. Open one web link on any smart TV. It shows the wait, tonight's special, your menu and photos, and changes the moment your host taps.

How it helps. People at the door decide to stay, and you stop paying a signage service for a TV you already own.

A trivia table

RightPlace Play

Is your Tuesday night quiet, and is trivia a hassle to run?

What it is. Trivia and party games on the TV you own, played on patrons' phones. A thousand questions ready, or bring your own. Any staff member runs it from the host stand.

How it helps. A reason to come in on the slow night, with no host to hire and no sheets to grade.

Bottles behind a bar

RightPlace Everywhere

Does Google still show your old hours? Do you post the same special on four different sites?

What it is. Your hours, menu, photos and specials in one place, with a post written once and copied to each site, and a check of what each listing shows.

How it helps. One change in one place. Fewer wrong hours, fewer missed posts, less time on the laptop.

A pour at a bar

Free website

Is your website out of date, or do you not have one yet?

What it is. A website for your spot with your menu, hours, photos and tonight's specials, always current. Keep the domain you have or get one through us. Already have a site? Paste two lines and your specials and hours show there too.

How it helps. Your menu, hours and tonight's specials, always current. Free, and it stays free.

For patrons

Free for patrons, always.

  • See the wait and tonight's specials before you leave home.
  • Get on the list from your couch, and order on your way where a spot allows it.
  • Ask for a refill or the check from your phone.
  • Earn points and perks at the places you go back to.

You pick what we build

Tell us what would help on your busiest night.

  • About three minutes of taps, no name needed.
  • One survey for owners and managers, one for patrons.
  • What you would use, and what you would never touch.
  • Your answers decide what we build next.

Questions owners ask

Is RightPlace a restaurant waitlist app?

Yes. Walk-ins, phone calls and patrons on the way go on one list at the host stand, the wait is posted with one tap, and each party is notified when the table is ready. It is one of the tools, and you can use it on its own.

Can it replace my digital signage or digital menu board?

Yes. Open one web link on any smart TV and it shows the wait, tonight's special, your menu and photos. You can bring the slides you already have, and keep or cancel the signage service you pay for today.

Is there a kitchen display system?

Yes. Tickets show on a tablet by the line, oldest first, with the table, who sent it and allergies in red. A backup printer works with it if you want one.

Does it include a loyalty program?

Yes. Points for visits and perks you pick, confirmed by your staff with a tap. Nothing costs you until a perk is used.

Do patrons need to download an app?

No. Walk-ins and phone calls go on the list with no account. Patrons who find you on RightPlace use it in their web browser, and signing in is optional.

Is there hardware to buy?

No hardware required. RightPlace runs in the web browser on phones, tablets, laptops and smart TVs. Keep a spare device or two charged, and staff can use their own.

Does it work with my register?

Yes. RightPlace runs in a web browser beside your register, so it works whether you use Toast, Square, Clover or something else, and patrons pay there like always. On Clover, server orders also go straight onto the table's Clover check. More registers are coming soon.
