Waitlist apps run about $17 to $50 a month. Reservation systems run $39 to $499 a month, and some add $1 to $1.50 for every cover booked through them. On RightPlace it is included with a RightPlace membership, and you set it up yourself.

What it does

Post the wait: The host posts the wait with one tap, and guests looking for a spot tonight see it with the time it was updated.
One list at the door: Walk-ins, phone calls and guests on the way sit on one list, with a Here and a Seat button for each party.
Table ready notices: Table ready shows on the guest's RightPlace page and goes to their phone if they allowed notifications. Guests without an account are called from the number you took.
Book ahead: Book ahead for a held table on a day and time, with the party size, allergies and the occasion.
Private room requests: Private room requests land on the same stand, so a host can call back while the party is still deciding.
No-shows counted: No-shows are counted. Two in 60 days pause a guest's food ahead and table holds.

Claim your spot: Your page in a few taps: name, town, hours.
Turn on the module: Each one is a switch in Manager. Nothing to install.
Run the night: Any phone or tablet with a browser. No hardware required.

Questions owners ask

Do I need to buy anything?

No special hardware required. The host stand, Kitchen screen and Server screen run in the browser on phones and tablets you have. The Door TV runs on any smart TV with a browser. Keep a spare device or two charged.

Can I use just this one?

Yes. Each module is a switch in Manager. Turn on the ones you want; the rest stay out of the way.

How do I get it?
