What listing your party room does

Your room shows in the RightPlace party room search, matched by event, group size, food, drinks, setup and access, and on your own spot page with an "Ask about a date" button.
Each ask arrives with the date, time, how long, how many guests, the occasion, food, drinks and how to reach the person.
New asks chime on the Host Stand, so whoever is there can contact the person while they are still deciding.
Mark each ask Contacted, Booked or Not a fit. Booked parties count in your Numbers once their day comes.
List up to 10 spaces: a back room, a patio, a taproom section, the whole spot. Every detail is a pick, so it takes a few minutes.

How to list it

Join free as an owner: First name, email and your spot. Any restaurant, bar, brewery or party hall can join.
Add your room: On the manager screen, open Party room and pick the kind of space, seats, food, drinks, occasions, setup and access. Add a photo.
Answer the asks: Asks chime on the Host Stand and wait on Party room. Contact the person from the spot's phone or email, then mark it.

Who can list a party room?

Any restaurant, bar, brewery, cafe or party hall with a private room, patio, section or buyout. Party halls with no restaurant can list their rooms only.

Do people book and pay on RightPlace?

No. RightPlace sends you the ask; you contact the person and settle the booking and any deposit your own way.

Do I have to use the other tools?

No. Every tool is an optional add-on and none has to replace what you use now. Turn one on when you want it and off again any time.
